As <strong>Director of Strategy</strong>, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to define “where to play” and “how to win” in a rapidly evolving EV and mobility ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving strategic insights, developing long-range plans, and evaluating growth opportunities in a dynamic, data-driven environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>You Will:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the annual and long-range strategic planning process across business units</li> <li>Partner with Finance, Engineering, Sales & Service, Marketing and Operations to align business strategies with company vision</li> <li>Analyze trends across EVs, software-defined vehicles, mobility platforms, and AI/ML integration</li> <li>Provide intelligence around competitors and market dynamics</li> <li>Provide executive briefings and scenario planning to inform strategic investment decisions</li> <li>Identify and evaluate new long-term growth opportunities</li> <li>Lead companywide goal setting process in partnership with Office of the CEO</li> <li>Manage a small Strategy team that lead various strategic initiatives</li> <li>Present regularly to the CEO and executive leadership team</li> <li>Act as a thought partner to senior leaders across the company</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>You Bring:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>15+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or strategic roles within high-tech or automotive sectors</li> <li>Expertise in the EV, automotive, or mobility tech ecosystem, with a deep understanding of trends, value chains, and innovation levers</li> <li>Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience developing strategic frameworks and business cases</li> <li>Highly structured and objective problem-solver who relies on data to uncover insights and inform decisions</li> <li>Effective communicator with executive presence and the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations</li> <li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to individual contributors</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong&gt ...
