The Rubrik legal team is looking for a high-performing legal intern to work on a variety of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property-related matters. You will gain experience working with a dynamic in-house legal team at a high-growth, public technology company. This is a rotational internship, where the intern will spend a third of their time working with the corporate legal team, a third of their time working with the commercial legal team, and a third of their time working with the intellectual property legal team. What You’ll Do: We're looking for curious interns who want to be entrusted with real responsibility and who embrace the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Assist the corporate legal team with corporate governance matters, international subsidiary management, anti-corruption, and corporate transactions. Support Rubrik’s commercial legal team in reviewing and negotiating contracts with Rubrik’s customers and partners, implementing processes and AI tools, and data privacy compliance.
