<ul>
<li>Lead planning and budgeting process for the assigned engineering and product development teams by collaborating with senior management and business groups to design, track and measure annual operating and financial plan</li>
<li>Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights</li>
<li>Collaborate with the business stakeholders to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Create and monitor KPIs to measure performance against key financial objectives</li>
<li>Create internal &amp; external executive reporting documents including board, financial close and other management presentations</li>
<li>Partner with other cross functional teams to implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency of financial data analytics</li>
<li>Deploy data visualization dashboards via BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of financial planning and ERP systems such as Adaptive Planning, SAP etc</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in Finance or related field</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in a Corporate FP&amp;A function highly preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting</li>
<li>MBA strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting processes, data structures and systems in a public company environment</li>
<li>Experience with FP&amp;A software tools (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP)</li>
<li>Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong excel modeling analytical skills to influence data based decisions</li>
<li>Highly organized with an strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $133,440 - $155,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</p>
