Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced, service-oriented team supporting a U.S.-based home care organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide clear information on services, pricing, processes, and timelines.
• Keep CRM updated with customer notes, statuses, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client management.
• Adhere to service standards, privacy regulations, and internal procedures.
Requirements
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (any industry).
• Comfortable managing high call volume (mostly inbound).
Training & Schedule Requirements
• Shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM PST (8:30 AM to 11:30 PM CST).
