The Mission At Kids Empire, we are passionate about the power of active play! We seek a high-energy Group Sales Representative to increase revenue by securing large group outings. You will not just sell a venue but an unforgettable adventure for schools, co-ops, and religious organizations. Your Impact • Business Hunter: Actively source, prospect, and secure new business from schools, camps, and corporate partners. • Event Architect: Consult with clients to design customized entertainment packages including food, beverage, and continuous fun. • Deal Closer: Manage the full booking lifecycle, including contract drafting, invoicing, and processing payments via Gravity POS. • Community Face: Promote Kids Empire through networking, community events, and outreach campaigns. • Target Crusher: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and revenue goals. What You Bring • Experience: Minimum 3 years in high-volume, proactive sales (Hospitality or Tourism experience preferred). • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a strong customer-first focus. • Tech Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays to align with industry demands. • Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel within the US to support business growth. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
