You can learn more about working with us in the last section of this page.About the roleAs a member of our Provider Growth team, you will own relationships with healthcare organizations using our platform and help drive their long-term success. You will work directly with clinicians, staff, and executives at some of the largest provider groups in the country — ensuring that they onboard smoothly, see value quickly, and expand over time.This role blends relationship management with growth strategy, operations, and product insight. You will analyze adoption and retention patterns, shape how we scale across new specialties and workflows, and help unlock value for both providers and their patients. You will also work closely with product, ops, and engineering to bring real-world feedback into how we build. Your work will directly impact how many patients get the support they need and how fast we can scale.This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Tandem's success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Own relationships with key provider organizations — serving as the strategic point of contact for adoption, engagement, and growthAnalyze account performance data (activation, usage, retention) and translate insights into concrete prioritiesDevelop and execute expansion strategies within existing accounts — including new specialties, workflows, and service linesDrive onboarding and workflow design conversations with providers, staff, and clinical usersIdentify opportunities to improve product fit or service delivery — and collaborate with product, ops, and engineering to build the right solutionsPlay a direct role in informing roadmap and strategic decisions based on patterns you observe across accountsHelp shape Tandem’s provider-facing growth motion — including how we scale across new markets and clinical categoriesWe’ll be most excited if you have:1-4 years of experience working on a team that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, consulting, finance, a 0 -> 1 business line at a high-performing organization)A strong sense of user empathy, especially for providers and staff juggling high workloads (familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider practices, or EHRs is a big plus)Comfort with ambiguity and context switching; you can roll up your sleeves and figure things out fastStrong written and verbal communication that allows you to be an effective participant in both internal debates and external relationshipsTrack record of moving qui ...
