Senior Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist in our Harmony Editor Company, you’ll focus on developing and improving our agentic AI solutions which already run in production and serve millions of our users.   In your day-to-day, you will:   Develop and enhance production-grade AI agents Apply generative AI models to improve Wix products' experience and efficiency   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworks   Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices   Work very closely with R&D and Product teams     **   At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level. 5+ years experience in Data Science with relevant exposure to generative AI projects   Proficiency with LLM, including Context Engineering, advanced prompt techniques, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)   Demonstrated ability to implement scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions including production code  Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks   Strong team player with great communication skills Background Experience with website building, web architecture and structuring websites (templates, components, CMS) – an advantage   Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields – an advantage  ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ MSc or PhD in a relevant field - a significant advantage We’re Wix’s Editor Team, helping over 200 million people build their professional websites while providing a great DIY experience.
