We are looking for a Corporate Events Manager, Global to join our Corporate Events team to help lead strategic event programs that span large-scale industry conferences, prospective customer summits, virtual events, and high-impact experiential initiatives. In this position, collaborate with our Corporate Event Team and own the strategy and execution of many global events that deliver exceptional brand experiences and measurable pipeline impact What you’ll do Lead Global Event Execution: Lead some of our cybersecurity-focused events worldwide, including Doppel’s presence at industry trade shows (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat) and international events. Ensure flawless execution of booth presence, meeting rooms, and ancillary programs tied to larger events. Drive Demand Generation Through Events: Partner with Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation to build and execute promotional campaigns that maximize event impact and hit registration and attendance goals. Oversee Onsite Execution: Manage all aspects of onsite operations including booth and venue installation, staffing coordination, executive and sales schedules, and real-time issue resolution to ensure seamless experiences. Lead Post-Event Operations: Conduct post-event debriefs and collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure timely follow-up, pipeline acceleration, and measurable revenue contribution. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing: Align on creative direction and experiential strategies for global events. Develop integrated campaigns and immersive brand experiences in partnership with Brand and Product Marketing. Manage Vendors and Budgets: Own relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and event platforms. Manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness, operational excellence, and alignment with business priorities. Oversee Swag Strategy and Distribution: Partner with Sales, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, and HR to manage swag needs for customers, prospects, and employees across global programs. Execute Strategic Regional Programs: Collaborate with Regional Marketing to design and scale executive roundtables, roadshows, and multi-territory strategic events with a cohesive global standard. Own Reporting and KPI Tracking: Measure, analyze, and report on event ROI and performance metrics. Deliver detailed impact assessments and actionable insights to continuously improve future programs. What you’ll bring 6+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or experiential marketing within B2B technology (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to own and execute large-scale global events with measurable pipeline impact Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Product teams Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously Experience managing event budgets, vendor negotiations, and third-party agencies Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on event KPIs, ROI, and pipeline contribution Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment A thoughtful, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving Why Join Doppel Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 OTE.
