Outbound Logistics Yard Lead

The Outbound Yard Logistics Lead is responsible for leading all finished vehicle outbound logistics operations at Zoox’s Hayward and Fremont facilities. This role owns dispatch execution, yard operations, and coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of finished vehicles to Zoox service centers across the United States. This position leads on-site logistics teams, partners closely with Manufacturing for finished vehicle handoff, and drives continuous improvement across cost, service, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on logistics leader with strong transportation compliance knowledge, operational discipline, and experience managing high-volume automotive logistics.
