Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Test Engineer

Zoox’s System Design and Mission Assurance (SDMA) team constructs the Safety Case and validates that our vehicles are safe for autonomous driving. SDMA enables Zoox to rapidly iterate and safely expand capabilities through trustworthy, innovative, and pragmatic safety engineering. As a Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Test Engineer at Zoox, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and test systems that enable and support our robotaxi, ensuring the safety and performance of the closed-loop drive system. The Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Test Engineer will have strong technical skills in building simulation test suites, automating post-processing of data, maintaining the fidelity of simulation environments, and defining the optimal balance between vehicle and simulation testing.
