With more than 4,500 ASMers representing 70 nationalities, our people and our advanced semiconductor devices are playing a crucial role in trends such as 5G, cloud computing, AI, and autonomous driving. But we’re more than just a tech company. We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world. Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential.
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll bring the technical discipline, precision, and equipment expertise you developed in the military to support ASM’s advanced semiconductor tools and help our customers keep their fabs running at peak performance. From day one, you’ll receive structured training and hands‑on guidance from experienced engineers onsite. You’ll work with vacuum systems, plasma, chemical delivery, robotics, sensors, advanced metrology, and complex hardware‑software interactions—equipment that will feel familiar if you’ve maintained avionics, electronics, propulsion, navigation, comms, radar, robotics, or similar military systems. Your contributions will directly impact tool performance, system uptime, and customer success, forming a strong foundation for long‑term growth and a variety of career paths within ASM.
