We’re looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.  As a senior Operations Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you lead a team of warfighting analysts in After Action Review (AAR) development for senior training audiences engaged in the client’s Warfighter Exercises. You’ll support planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the Army's Warfighter Exercise (WFX) program. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. You Have: Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4/5 or Sergeant Major E9 Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC) Nice If You Have: Experience as a Colonel O-5 or above Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positions Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Master's degree Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification Graduate of War College (MEL1) or equivalent Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
