The Sr. Director, Solution Management is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Advisory and Outsourced Services team, concentrating on revenue cycle management with a primary emphasis on coding and billing operations. Key Responsibilities: Define the development of solution strategy and roadmaps based on client insights, market analysis, and business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to launch. Establish market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for solution innovation and differentiation. Lead effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity. Define the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning. Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize results, and drive continuous improvement. Strategize adoption of a "one platform" approach to the creation and adoption of new technology. Perform other job duties as assigned.
