Coinbase Product Managers play a critical role in building the next generation of crypto products. You will work closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to build products and new experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cryptocurrency and help us achieve our mission of creating an open financial system for the world Team/ Role Paragraph: Partner with Compliance (FCRI, MLROs), CX Operations, and Engineering to define AI-friendly procedures, approval frameworks, and go-live criteria Manage complex stakeholder relationships across ET, Compliance leadership, CX leadership, and Platform PG Define and track key metrics including automation rate, false positive reduction, case quality, and cost savings Navigate regulatory constraints including SAR confidentiality requirements, GDPR, and AI governance policies Build and lead a small PM team (1-2 direct reports) focused on Compliance Automation execution What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in AI/ML-powered automation, compliance technology, or operational automation Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders Strong technical aptitude with the ability to partner effectively with ML engineers and understand agentic AI architectures Experience with regulated environments (fintech, banking, AML/BSA) and navigating compliance approval processes Demonstrated ability to drive executive-level alignment and communicate with senior leadership (VP+, ET) Experience managing managers or leading PM teams Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics, tracking glidepaths, and course-correcting based on data Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce exec-level documents and presentations What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in AI/ML-powered automation, compliance technology, or operational automation Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders Strong technical aptitude with the ability to partner effectively with ML engineers and understand agentic AI architectures (LLMs, agents, MCP) Experience with regulated environments (fintech, banking, AML/BSA) and navigating compliance approval processes Demonstrated ability to drive executive-level alignment and communicate with senior leadership (VP+, ET) Experience managing managers or leading PM teams Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics, tracking glidepaths, and cours ...
