Are you ready to fast-track your career? We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.00 with substantial growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
In 6-Months: $17.00+ per hour
In 12-Months: $18.00+ per hour (+12% annual increase)
The Document Specialist , Titles oversees the management of incoming and outgoing documents related to the purchase and/or sale of a vehicle, which includes receiving, sorting, and scanning.
Additionally, you will distribute documents to the appropriate teams or individuals to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As a Document Specialist, you must be able to work both independently and as a team to solve problems.
What you’ll be doing
Complete routine tasks in an efficient, step-by-step manner, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
Maintains and files documents and folders in a neat and organized fashion that is easily retrievable
Scan documents and ensure they are routed to the appropriate teams within set timelines for efficient processing.
Accurately pulls files for registration and other title teams for processing
Demonstrates strong attention to detail by being able to sort documents in numerical order with accuracy
Demonstrates a complete understanding of all our systems (Carma, Accutrac, FedEx, etc)
Other duties as assigned
What we require:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of work experience in an administrative capacity
Be a high energy, forward-thinking self-starter.

Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
