The Team
Celonis Demo Engineering is the creative and technical engine of our Go-To-Market strategy. We are embarking on a high-stakes mission to build the Next-Gen Demo Factory —a world where AI agents and LLMs handle the heavy lifting of demo creation.
This transformation is critical not only to maintain our lead in Process Intelligence but to ensure Celonis wins the Enterprise AI market . By feeding operational business context to AI, we enable the world’s largest companies to industrialize AI and unlock real ROI. You will be at the forefront of this mission, moving beyond manual "one-off" builds to architecting agentic systems that democratize demo excellence for 1,000+ GTM colleagues..
Key Responsibilities
Architect Agentic Demo Builds: Lead the shift toward "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows. You will building AI agents to automate the generation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations from simple business requirements.
Elevate Field Delivery Enablement: Create "Self-Service" agentic tools that allow Sales Reps and Solution Engineers to "chat" with a demo environment. These agents will generate custom talk-tracks, executive summaries, and personalized pitch decks on demand, ensuring every pitch is "Gold Standard."
Master the AI Demo Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end development of our most strategic AI demo assets. This includes identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing features, storyboarding visionary narratives, and leading the technical configuration, asset design, and QA. You will act as the "Product Manager" for these assets, managing stakeholder alignment and global release communications.
Scale Through Automation: Act as a "Demo Product Manager." Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle—from data cleaning to screen setup—and build AI-driven tools/orchestrations to eliminate them forever.
Creative AI Storytelling: Use generative tools to translate complex data into visionary C-level narratives, ensuring our automated assets maintain a human-centric, high-impact quality.
Requirements
The Builder DNA: You are a natural "problem solver through automation." You have a drive to build tools that help others succeed and a preference for building a scalable "generator" over manually fixing a single screen.
2+ Years of Experience: Professional experience in Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar "Product-adjacent" role.
Technical Baseline: A hunger to learn new technologies and at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python . You should be comfortable manipulating data and interfacing with APIs.
Strategic Storyteller: The ability to take complex technical capabilities and turn them into a simple, value-driven business story for an executive audience.
High Learning Velocity: The AI landscape moves fast; you must be excited to constantly experiment with new models, frameworks, and prompting techniques.
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
Workflow Orchestration: Experience with platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier to build automated workflows and connect AI services.
Agentic Curiosity: Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex , or experience building RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
Low-Code/No-Code AI: Experience with rapid prototyping tools like Lovable, Replit, or LangFlow to quickly bring "CeloNext" visions to life.
Process Expertise: Basic understanding of core business processes such as Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Supply Chain .
