Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Supply Chain Process Engineer is a hands-on builder and problem-solver within the Supply Chain PMO who designs, develops, and deploys new processes and systems across the organization. This role requires someone who can take ambiguous supply chain challenges—whether in sourcing, cost management, new product introduction, or manufacturing—and partner with subject matter experts to architect scalable process solutions from the ground up. You'll own complete work streams from discovery through implementation—conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping current-state workflows, designing future-state processes, and leading the deployment and change management efforts. The Process Engineer collaborates closely with Program Managers and cross-functional partners (like Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Manufacturing) to transform operational needs into documented, repeatable processes that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Own end-to-end process development for key supply chain initiatives—from eliciting vague requirements to delivering fully documented, deployed, and adopted processes.
Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing subject matter experts, facilitating workshops, and synthesizing complex information into clear problem statements and solution approaches.
Design and document new business processes, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, RACI matrices, process narratives, and implementation playbooks.
Lead process deployment and change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training development and delivery, adoption tracking, and post-implementation refinement.
Map and analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization, efficiency gains, and risk reduction.
Develop process governance frameworks, including success metrics, monitoring approaches, and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure long-term sustainability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure new processes integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
Facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups, managing competing priorities and building consensus around process standards and implementation approaches.
Create scalable process templates and frameworks that can be replicated across different teams, programs, or product lines.
Support program managers by managing specific workstreams within larger transformation initiatives, providing regular status updates and proactively identifying risks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
3+ years of progressive experience in material cost management, New Product Introduction (NPI), process design, business process improvement, or program management within the aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
Experience with change management principles and driving process adoption across organizations.
Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to work with ambiguous ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
