ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Coordinator of Performance Creative Strategy, you will be a key contributor to Peloton’s promotion engine, supporting the creative strategy behind our primary sales moments. You’ll facilitate the execution of creative assets designed to build urgency and drive conversion across key windows, from Black Friday through New Year’s and beyond. By translating promotional offers into compelling digital assets, you’ll ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital channels.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Performance Creative Strategy and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Growth Strategy, Creative, Media, Web Strategy, Marketing Analytics, and Legal.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Manage the end-to-end creative execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring offers are clearly communicated and optimized for performance
Collaborate with Growth Strategy, Media, and Creative teams to ensure alignment from offer strategy through execution and delivery
Utilize cultural trends, consumer insights, and media data to inform creative strategies that resonate with a diverse audience
Develop clear, data-backed creative briefs for internal teams, serving as a central point of contact for promotional strategy and testing objectives
Tailor promotional messaging and visuals for platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube by leveraging platform best practices and performance insights
Execute quarterly creative learning agendas, aligning testing strategies with business objectives and historical performance
Monitor and synthesize creative performance, identifying successful assets and optimization opportunities
Project creative volume needs in collaboration with the Media team
Coordinate production timelines to ensure timely creative reviews, approvals, and asset handoffs
Maintain high standards for accuracy and quality assurance in an agile environment
Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and generative tools as defined by team leadership
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
1–3 years of experience in media buying, creative strategy, or a related performance marketing role
Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative best practices, and measurement tools
Ability to drive measurable results; experience in a subscription-based model is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Collaborative mindset with experience working across internal teams and external stakeholders
Skill in crafting clear briefs and providing constructive, actionable feedback to creative partners
Analytical approach to problem-solving, with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) or organizing raw data to find insights
Familiarity with paid media performance data and lower-funnel KPIs
Interest or experience in using Generative AI tools to enhance workflows is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fluid, evolving environment

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
