Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our Enterprise Sales team across EMEA.
In this role, you will help build and scale the Enterprise sourcing engine at 360Learning, driving pipeline generation across some of the largest organizations in Europe.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: someone who enjoys thinking about how to approach complex Enterprise accounts, designing targeted outbound strategies and campaigns, but also someone capable of rolling up their sleeves to execute them.
You will contribute to defining how we generate pipeline at scale within Enterprise accounts: identifying the right segments, structuring targeted campaigns, supporting event-driven outreach, and engaging senior stakeholders in strategic accounts.
Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Sales Operations, you will help turn sourcing initiatives into repeatable programs and scalable playbooks that strengthen our Enterprise pipeline generation across EMEA.
