Unity is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter responsible for identifying, interviewing, and closing positions across various departments and regions. What you'll be doing Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates What we're looking for Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions You might also have Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
