The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of how customers interact with their digital bank through Zopa’s native mobile apps.
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role at a pivotal moment for Zopa. Following the launch of our Current Account last year, we’re rebuilding our app around all of our customers’ financial needs — from everyday spending, to building wealth, to borrowing for life’s big moments.
We’re about to launch a brand-new native app experience, and you’ll play a key role in defining what comes next. From unlocking platform-level capabilities and OS-native features, to shaping the systems and patterns that allow our products to scale with speed and consistency.
You’ll sit at the intersection of customer experience, platform thinking, and commercial impact, owning how our app drives engagement, product adoption, and long-term customer lifetime value. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, data, and product peers across the bank to deliver a cohesive, next-generation banking experience. We call this the Home of Money.
This role is for someone curious, data-driven, and ambitious about building durable product foundations that unlock faster delivery and better outcomes across the business.
