ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Training Support Specialist to join the Test Evaluation Training team. This role will serve as the primary administrator for TE's Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and will be the backbone of our training compliance infrastructure across all flight operations programs. Operating in a dynamic regulatory environment where FAA and DCMA standards demand precision and accountability, the Training Support Specialist will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Training Operations, Chief Pilots, and instructors to build, maintain, and continuously improve the systems and processes that ensure audit readiness. This position requires someone who thrives on creating order from complexity, can manage multiple compliance requirements simultaneously, and is passionate about establishing scalable documentation processes that will support our growing flight operations portfolio. WHAT YOU’LL DO LMS Administration System Management Administer and optimize Cornerstone LMS, including system configuration, content management, and reporting capabilities Manage overall course program content and structures within the LMS to support all TE training programs Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure a seamless user experience for instructors, students, and administrators Serve as the technical subject matter expert for all training technology platforms and integrations Training Program Logistics Coordination Manage end-to-end logistics for multiple training programs across in-person, virtual, and self-paced delivery methods Track and monitor training currency, expiration dates, and recurrent training requirements across all personnel Data Collection, Reporting, and Analytics Design, develop, implement, and maintain training documentation packages ("training jackets") for DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) compliance reporting and audits Create and maintain comprehensive training jackets for all personnel, including pilots, instructors, and flight operations staff Maintain both digital and physical training records in accordance with regulatory retention requirements Prepare compliance reports and metrics for DCMA audits, FAA inspections, and internal leadership review Compliance Auditing Quality Assurance Conduct regular internal audits of training programs to verify compliance with FAR regulations, DCMA requirements, company policies, and industry standards Review training jackets and documentation to identify gaps, discrepancies, or missing required elements Develop and maintain audit checklists and compliance tracking tools aligned with DCMA and FAA standards Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for corrective action Monitor and verify completion of corrective actions resulting from audits Ensure audit-readiness at all times through proactive compliance management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience as an LMS administrator (Cornerstone preferred) or other systems such as an HRIS system Proven ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particula ...
