Job Description
What You'll Do
Drive operational execution at Arista’s Global Direct Fulfillment (DF) sites.
Collaborate with the new product introduction teams on the release of new products. Engage upstream in the product development cycle to ensure DF requirements are factored into the product’s design and release
Drive new product readiness at each DF site, establishing required processes, equipment, and capacity to support new products as they are released into Manufacturing
Collaborate with product engineering on the implementation of Engineering Change Orders, ensuring DF processes are modified, and DF inventory is dispositioned as required
Support Process Engineers in implementing scalable and flexible processes to support Arista’s growing breadth of product lines and customer requirements
Drive efficient and effective RMA return processes with CM’s and component suppliers, driving for best in class execution and turnaround times
Monitor and report product quality at DF for assigned products and proactively monitor product yields across Arista’s DF processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate quality alerts on assigned products, acting as the lead representative for Direct Fulfillment line stops, stop ships, and associated quality issues
Review product test data with teams to obtain skip-test approval and to update DF Test Requirement documentation 
5+ years of NPI, Quality, and Supply Chain experience in a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area.
Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance partners across the globe.
Must have demonstrated the ability to become a subject matter expert and use that knowledge to build new processes and tools.
Must thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, NetSuite/Oracle, Propel/Agile
