About the Role: As a Senior Account Executive at ShopMy, you will play a critical role in accelerating our next phase of growth by partnering with leading beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, and Australia. You will serve as a strategic advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and positioning ShopMy’s platform as a core revenue-driving solution. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through close, while partnering closely with BDRs to drive outbound strategy and maximize conversion. As a senior member of the sales team, you will help elevate standards, share best practices, and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture. Your Impact to the Role: Own and drive full-cycle sales for ShopMy’s brand subscription solutions, from prospecting through close Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Lead high-impact discovery calls and product demos tailored to executive stakeholders Build and manage a strong, healthy pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and BDR collaboration Construct commercial proposals, develop Insertion Orders, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within CRM Partner closely with Brand Onboarding and Brand Success to ensure seamless client transitions and long-term retention Provide market feedback to leadership to inform pricing, packaging, and positioning strategy You’re Energized By: Building executive-level relationships and closing high-value deals Owning your number and driving results with urgency and accountability Identifying new opportunities, refining messaging, and optimizing conversion rates Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can make a measurable impact Raising the bar What We’re Looking For: 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for high-growth environments Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring commercial agreements Deep familiarity with the beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brand ecosystem Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills Bonus Points: Strong understanding of the creator economy and affiliate marketing landscape Experience mentoring junior AEs or contributing to sales process development Salary information designates base salary exclusive of commission.
