About the role...
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Client Strategy to join our Success team. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of brand partners on ShopMy, advising them on their affiliate strategy and driving results. The retention and growth of our brands are essential to ShopMy’s success, and you will play a key role in delivering on that. This is a strategic and client-facing role for someone who is proactive, data-driven, and excited to elevate the experience of our brand partners.
Your Impact to The Role:
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to your portfolio of brand partners
Drive retention and performance through data-backed recommendations and affiliate strategy guidance
Partner with the sales team on onboarding and upsell opportunities
Identify and resolve day-to-day issues across accounts with a proactive mindset
Deliver timely, professional communication and support to brand partners
Collaborate cross-functionally on projects to improve client success and internal processes
Elevate conversations with strategic thinking and long-term business value in mind
Help maintain operational excellence within the Brand Success team

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree
3–5 years in strategic, client-facing roles such as account management, consulting, or project management
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Bonus Points:
Experience at a remote startup
Knowledge of Salesforce
Familiarity with the creator economy or affiliate/performance marketing
Comfortable executing under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

New York Pay Range
$85,000
$105,000 USD
The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
