What you will do - Led the end-to-end product design and delivery of Ask across three layers—single Note, Project, and global—covering solution architecture and user journey design. - Drove iterative improvements and achievement of SOTA user experience by leveraging evaluation pipeline metrics, interaction metrics, and user research VOC. - Orchestrated cross-functional collaboration across engineering, evaluation, design, and data teams, aligning priorities and execution cadence to ensure high-quality launches. - Continuously explored and validated new capabilities, including multi-turn conversations, multimodality, proactive Pulse, and Shortcuts. - Established reusable methodologies and assets, including metrics frameworks, data feedback loops, and experimentation paradigms (A/B testing, staged rollouts, and regression evaluation Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - 3–5 years of experience in internet and/or AI product development, with hands-on experience delivering 0→1 demos and 1→N production launches. - Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into executable solutions, with clear trade-offs between technology and user experience and ownership through closed-loop execution. - Data-driven mindset: capable of forming testable optimization hypotheses based on logs, instrumentation, and evaluation results. - Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with engineering, evaluation, and design teams across multiple time zones. - Able to independently driving complex initiatives and owning outcomes.
