What you will do - Drive high-impact lifecycle initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, subscription growth, and retention using owned channels, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging. - Design scalable lifecycle and user communication journeys end-to-end — defining segmentation logic, communication sequencing, channel mix, and performance guardrails. - Drive a disciplined experimentation roadmap across email, push, and in-app notifications, turning insights into clear scale, iterate, or stop decisions. - Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to strengthen automation, event-triggered messaging, and lifecycle measurement infrastructure. - Raise the team's operational excellence standards by improving workflows, governance, reporting and documentation to support sustainable scale. Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - 6–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM marketing, or growth marketing with hands-on ownership of email, push notification, and in-app messaging programs. - Strong operator with deep experience building segmentation frameworks, scaling automation flows, and championing owned-channel strategies. - Highly data-driven, experienced working with funnel analysis, cohort behavior, and experiment results; ability to query or reason directly with data (e.g., SQL) is a plus. - Experience operating in global or multi-market environments, balancing global consistency with regional nuance without fragmenting strategy or ownership. - Clear, decisive communicator with an ownership mindset, able to make trade-offs, challenge assumptions constructively, and be accountable for outcomes rather than activity.
