What you will do - Manage and scale databases supporting AI products - Ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity - Optimize database performance and storage efficiency - Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies - Collaborate with engineering teams on data architecture and infrastructure Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - 10+ years of experience as a DBA or Data Infrastructure Engineer - Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of database internals - Hands-on experience with cloud databases - Solid experience in backup, recovery, and high availability solutions - Proficiency in automation and scripting - Preferred - Experience supporting AI or analytics workloads - Familiarity with distributed databases - Experience managing multi-region database deployments - Cost optimization experience for database infrastructure - Awareness of data security and compliance practices What we offer 1.
