Overview OKX is looking for an Events Curator to support the planning and execution of monthly community events , industry conferences, and brand activations across the MENA region. This role is ideal for someone early in their events career who is organized, proactive, and plugged into local crypto and tech communities . You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging on-ground experiences, while helping OKX build meaningful connections with both crypto-native audiences and crypto-curious communities . Key Responsibilities Community Event Programming Support the planning and execution of monthly OKX community events , including meetups, workshops, and small-scale activations. Contribute ideas for creative event concepts and community activations tailored to different audience segments. Stay informed on local crypto, Web3, fintech, and tech communities , including meetups, groups, and online forums. Help identify new communities and audience groups to engage — from crypto-native traders to crypto-curious newcomers. Event Planning Coordination Support logistics, timelines, and execution for regional events, conferences, and brand activations . Assist with venue coordination, vendor sourcing, and on-ground operations. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with OKX’s growth and community objectives. Vendor Agency Management Liaise with event agencies, production vendors, and community partners . Support briefing, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery. Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. On-Ground Execution Support on-site event operations , including registration, community engagement, booth setup, and activations. Act as an on-ground point of contact for internal teams and partners. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all event touchpoints. Communications Reporting Coordinate internal and external communications related to events and community activities. Support post-event reporting, including attendance, engagement, feedback, and learnings. Assist in tracking budgets, invoices, and event ROI. Candidate Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, community marketing, or a related role. Experience working with brand-side marketing teams or event agencies is preferred. Exposure to crypto, Web3, fintech, or tech communities is a strong advantage. Languages Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage. Skills Competencies Strong organizational and coordination skills. Creative mindset with an interest in community-building and experiential marketing . Good understanding of social and offline communities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working on-site at events. Familiar with project management and reporting tools. Mindset Curious, proactive, and community-oriented.
