About the Opportunity
OKX is looking for a Growth Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our US go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success . You'll own the operational backbone of growth, building repeatable processes, improving reporting and analytics, and optimizing our GTM tech stack to drive efficient, compliant growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process optimization: Document and streamline workflows across GTM teams; improve handoffs, SLAs, and customer experience.
Project Management: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Finance, Legal/Compliance/Risk, and Marketing to reduce friction and improve execution.
Data analytics: Build KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to track targets, pipeline health, and campaign performance.
Tech stack management: Own and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tooling; ensure data quality and scalability.
Campaign
ops : Support demand generation execution, lead routing/scoring, and attribution, timely campaign execution, day-to-day growth operations
Financial planning: Assist with budget approvals, tracking, ROI analysis, and forecasting support for growth initiatives.
Compliance-focused: Ensure GTM operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in growth ops, marketing ops, CRM, or related roles
Strong analytics and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Crypto/fintech experience is a plus
Fluent in English

The salary range for this position is $133,000 - $160,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
