About the Opportunity We are seeking battle-tested Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic team. We are pushing the boundaries on enabling new payment flows to enable access to faster, cheaper and more inter-connected access to global trade flows. For consumers, and institutions. You will be responsible for driving product growth and execution of our pay, card and crypto-related products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto landscape, possess strong data analytical and communication skills, and be passionate about driving innovation in the crypto industry. What You'll Be Doing: Product Coverage: Excellent opportunity to touch the whole spectrum of retail exchange, payments and consumer payments products. You will solve the most pertinent in the world, driven by the concept of self-custody, with the objective to make payments cheaper, faster and more connected for users all around the world Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation by developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling successful growth initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure OKX remains at the forefront of product innovation. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define clear product specifications. Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to drive the development process from ideation to launch. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, and address any technical challenges that arise. Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that harness the power of product features to drive natural user acquisition and retention. Spearhead initiatives to create viral growth loops within the product ecosystem. User Conversion, Retention, and Reactivation: Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates, increase retention, and reactivate dormant users. Analyze user behavior data to continuously refine growth strategies and improve the overall user journey. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives. Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
