About The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven growth strategy, and data analysis with experience in growth hacking, go-to-market planning, localization strategy, and the crypto industry preferred. As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of growth strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments. Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features. What We Look For In You At least 1 year of experience in growth hacking related field. Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures — Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions. Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis; Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results. Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
