About The Opportunity
Program Management Delivery
Own and manage multiple cross-functional programs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive program execution
Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep programs on schedule
Stakeholder Communication Management
Serve as the primary liaison across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables
Prepare clear program updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and executive meetings
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive decision-making and alignment
Planning, Process Governance
Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and execution quality across programs
Support budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking related to assigned programs
Execution Support
Coordinate key initiatives, events, or strategic projects as required
Support ad-hoc initiatives and special projects that contribute to broader organizational goals
What We Look For In You
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in program management, operations, business, or a related field
Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently assess complex situations, identify root causes, and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions
Ownership Execution Mindset
Highly proactive self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership of programs, drives initiatives forward, and remains effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Attention to Detail Structure
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a disciplined approach to planning, tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams
Stakeholder Communication Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across diverse internal teams and external partners
Technical Tool Proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with the agility to quickly adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working
Language Skills
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with stakeholders across regions
