About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale operational activities for OKX in Turkey. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient local operations, supporting regulatory and compliance alignment, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for users and partners.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and cross-functional execution, supporting the continued growth of the Turkish market. As a senior individual contributor, the role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities for the Turkish market.
Develop and implement scalable operational processes to support growth and efficiency.
Monitor operational performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the successful launch and operational rollout of new products and services.
Partner onboarding and integration management (bank partnerships, KYC integrations, payment rails)
Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches in the Turkish market
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key operational bridge between local teams and global functions.
Partner closely with teams including Compliance, Risk, Product, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business Development.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments for operational initiatives and market expansion activities.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between local market needs and global Product Engineering teams, translating regulatory and user requirements into actionable product feedback
Market Competitive Intelligence
Conduct structured competitive analysis across local and regional peers (spread quality, liquidity depth, pair availability, UX benchmarking)
Produce executive-level problem reports and strategic briefs for senior stakeholders
Regulatory Market Alignment
Work closely with internal compliance and legal teams to ensure operational processes align with Turkish regulatory requirements.
Monitor regulatory developments and help adapt operational practices accordingly.
Support regulatory readiness and internal policy implementation related to the Turkish market.
Process Optimization Problem Solving
Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the region.
Lead operational initiatives that improve service quality, operational reliability, and user experience.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams on strategic initiatives for Turkey.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Provide clear operational reporting, updates, and insights to senior leadership.
What We Look For In You
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
