About the Opportunity We are seeking a senior, highly connected, execution-obsessed Community Team Leader to build and lead the global user growth team for OKX Web3. You will own end-to-end strategy and execution for community expansion, while directly managing and scaling a high-performing BD team. Your mandate includes: Global new user acquisition in Web3 via referral, rebate, and commission models Global community node / ambassador / super-team network building (priority markets: US, CIS, Korea, Vietnam, Turkey) Influencer KOL partnership programs High-impact activation campaigns, trading contests, and incentive programs As a team leader, you will combine hands-on strategy ownership with people leadership — building the team from the ground up, and turning OKX Web3 into the most vibrant and fastest-growing Web3 community globally. What You’ll Be Doing Optimize referral systems and revenue growth campaigns to drive sustainable growth Architect and rapidly expand global community node, ambassador, and super-team structures in all key markets outside Greater China Recruit, onboard, manage, and incentivize top-tier KOLs, influencers, channels, and opinion leaders to deliver measurable traffic Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Community Managers with rapid scaling plan) — including goal setting, 1:1s, career development, and monthly reviews Gather real-time market insights from communities to directly influence product roadmap and UI/UX/Tech improvements Work cross-functionally with product, engineer, marketing operations, and legal compliance teams to ensure initiatives are fully aligned and compliant What We Look For In You 3+ years of BD / growth / community experience in Web3, DeFi, DEX, or Crypto Exchanges Demonstrated success owning and scaling referral / commission / rebate user acquisition models that delivered huge growth Deep, personal network across global Web3 communities, KOLs, builders, and ecosystems Excellent English communication skills (written verbal) — able to lead global calls and write clear strategy docs Extreme execution focus, self-starter mentality, resilience, and comfort in fast-moving, decentralized environments Why OKX Web3 Extremely high-impact role: you will literally build and lead the growth engine of one of the most ambitious Web3 platform in the industry Opportunity to hire and shape a world-class BD team that becomes a core competitive advantage Result-oriented and remote-friendly with flexible work arrangements across major global hubs Highly competitive compensation + performance-based incentives tied directly to revenue growth This is the chance to build the team that will define the next chapter of OKX Web3’s global dominance.
