The Global Martech Operations Analyst Role
The Global MarTech Operations role is a key contributor to the overall lead management process and the management of tech stack utilized by Marketing Operations, Marketing, Demand Centre (BDR) and Sales teams. This role will be working across different business units.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented platform specialist to support operational management, automations, adoption and optimizations of our multi-touch, multi-channel sales engagement and events management platforms. Our tech stack includes but not limited to CRM, marketing automations, lead routing and assignment, sales prospecting and engagement, chat engagement, and predictive/scoring/profiling engine. In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our sales engagement and events management platforms responsible for platform operations, user support, system integrations, reporting and adoption. You will play a critical role in ensuring our sales and marketing teams have the tools, automation and insights they need to drive engagement, efficiency and results.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Own end-to-end platform administration of our multi-touch, multi-channel sales engagement platform including access control, role-based governance, email compliance and account setup
Support the management and governance of events management platform
Support the creation of approved assets for sales engagement cadences
Manage vendor relationships and product roadmaps
Administer telephony systems and phone tree configurations
Oversee integrations across relevant technologies ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
Build and optimise automations, cadences and workflows to support new use case and scale functionality
Maintain internal documentation and manage a centralised resource library
Manage technical data syncs and pipeline, including data warehouse integrations for reporting and performance analysis
Develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor usage, effectiveness and KPIs
Collaborate with sales enablement and coaches to drive platform adoption and ensure continuous improvement
Serve as the first line of support for troubleshooting user issues and coordinating with the vendor when necessary
Work with the business to identify areas of optimisations to expand usage and drive adoption of tools
