We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.
Our sights are set high and our problems are hard, and we believe that diversity in the workplace is what makes us smarter, drives better insights, and will ultimately lift us all to success. Support process planning activities for prototype and development builds
Author and maintain SAP work instructions, routings, and build documentation
Coordinate procurement of materials, components, tooling, and consumables
Partner with Supply Chain to manage availability, lead times, and shortages
Align with Project Management on schedules, priorities, and execution plans
Collaborate with Quality to ensure processes and documentation meet required standards
Proactively identify workflow gaps and drive process improvements
Track and communicate build status, material readiness, and execution risks
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and system data
What You Need:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
Background in process planning, build coordination, or production support
Experience creating work instructions, travelers, or routings
SAP experience preferred (or similar ERP/MRP systems)
Understanding of manufacturing workflows and documentation controls
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Clear, confident cross-functional communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency with Google Suite or equivalent productivity tools
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience supporting prototype, RD, or low-volume manufacturing environments
Familiarity with machining, fabrication, or assembly processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Continuous improvement mindset with bias for action
Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving development environments
