ABOUT THE TEAM The Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Growth team within the Mission Systems (MS) Division at Anduril is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities to help shape Anduril as a key provider for non-kinetic EW effects for DoD and other customers. Growth team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. EW Growth team members partner extensively with the broader MS division team, to include engineering and program management, to ensure that Anduril products exceed client expectations and mission demands and to drive continuous product improvements in response to client needs. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Senior Director and Head of Growth for EW to lead growth, strategy, proposal, and capture for the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Business Line. You will report to the Head of Growth for Anduril Mission Systems Division, work closely with the EW General Manager, and lead the EW growth team across our Counter-UAS, Airborne Effects, Multi-Mission Electromagnetic Countermeasures, and Special Projects portfolios. You will lead a team responsible for identifying, shaping, and capturing new programs (0 to 1) and expanding existing programs (1 to N). Your role will be cross-cutting. The Head of Growth is part of the core business line leadership team that owns top line growth and influences internal investments, prioritization, program execution, and operations. You will also be responsible for developing, mentoring, and building the EW growth team, collaborating with Division and cross-Division leaders, and supporting programs / engineering / and mission operations teams within the business line. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), DOD Program Executive Offices (PEO), the Intelligence Community, Federal Agencies, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC), University-affiliated research centers (UARC), and with International partners to penetrate, expand, and deliver technology at scale. Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal Anduril stakeholders including business line and division leadership, growth teams, program and engineering teams, and corporate functions to identify and shape new business opportunities, communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to execution teams. Lead the expansion of the EW portfolio across US and allied services and agencies, including advanced infrared, optical, laser, threat tracking, and seeker technologies that address warfighter needs across all domains including Space. Partner with Anduril customers to identify and develop disruptive technologies to deliver sustained operational advantage at the tactical, operational, and strategic level. Work with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, fund, and execute internally and externally funded research and development to advance Imaging technology.
