Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Office and Communication Coordinator working for our Gameloft Hanoi Studio, to oversee making our studio a great place for talents to work at. Specifically, it will be your mission to develop and promote our company values, culture, and employee relations.  As a member of the HR team, the Office and Communication Coordinator is accountable for the following responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage internal communications, events, and staff activities to match studio needs and country roadmap. Animate proactively all available communication channels concerning our studio. Consult the management board on communication messages and strategies for special contexts/needs. Collaborate with local recruitment teams, the Communication team, and external partners to organize the Studio’s external events, such as Open days, Gameloft tours, Gameloft Talks, Professional Open contests, etc. Review and ensure the corporate brand identities of recruitment communication materials. Coordinate with the SEA Communication team to work on internal projects/events and keep coherency across the studios in Vietnam. Supervise the task delivery of the Office Administration team (OA intern, Tea-lady, and outsourcing cleaning service) and ensure that office administration operations run smoothly. Strong interest in communication, keeping oneself updated on the latest trends. Having interpersonal skills & attention to detail. Being able to work with a team yet being autonomous, self-motivated, self-directed, and taking responsibility. Capacity & passion to develop and execute impactful communication strategies. Project management skills to deploy the concept, plan, organize & coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines. Ability to research and initiate new ideas/things and make positive changes. Having excellent written and spoken communication abilities in English and Vietnamese. Basic graphic design knowledge and design tools (such as Photoshop or equivalent). Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, English, or equivalent is a plus. Experience in working for MNCs or International environments is an advantage.
