About the Team Our Advertising Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for supporting the team that supports our Restaurant advertisers and the DoorDash Partnership team on business insights and marketing analytics. About the Role In this role, you will partner with Account Management/ Sales teams to improve upon the current delivery framework for marketing recommendations, customer insights, and media optimizations, all with the goal of enabling Restaurant advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash’s marketing products. You’ll design and execute campaign lift experiments, build scalable analytical frameworks and develop case studies to support product adoption. You will partner with cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Product to drive DoorDash’s Restaurant advertiser analytics roadmap. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Problem Solve: You excel at diving into problems without a playbook Analyze: You enjoy hunting for insights and using data to share meaningful learnings and make actionable recommendations Scale: You are ready to roll up your sleeves and help scale/improve current processes Partner: You’ve worked closely with sales/account teams and advertisers before and know what data they need to achieve their marketing goals We’re excited about you because… You have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics; high growth startup experience preferred Expert SQL experience required Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams Demonstrated expertise in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), including app attribution, incrementality measurement, and API integrations Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing solutions aligned with business goals You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment You are a strong communicator and project manager You have a BA/BS degree Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
