We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient People Technology Specialist to join the People Technology team. You will have joint responsibility for the operation, maintenance and support of the human resources information systems (HRIS) associated with managing, optimizing and enhancing our core HR systems with a primary focus on Workday. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience across multiple major HRIS platforms, including Workday, Oracle, Netsuite, and ADP, and be adept at leveraging new technologies like AI to improve HR operations. This role is critical for driving systems integration, building custom applications utilizing Workday Extend, and transforming data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and insights. What You Will Do: Provide technical and functional expertise on Workday Systems Ensure systems are accurately configured to meet business requirements through routine data audits and validation Workday Integrations: Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs. This includes building both inbound and outbound integrations for various functional areas (e.g., benefits, payroll, financial systems). Workday Extend Apps: Lead the design and development of custom applications using Workday Extend to address unique business needs and enhance the user experience beyond standard Workday functionality. Data Transformation: Play a key role in data modeling, transformation, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Workday Prism Analytics for advanced data aggregation and visualization to drive business decisions. Explore and implement AI/ML concepts to automate routine HR tasks, improve data quality, and enhance predictive analytics within the HRIS environment. Develop and maintain complex custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Workday using calculated fields and advanced reporting features to meet the needs of HR, Finance, and leadership. Ensure data integrity and privacy across all HR systems. Manage and maintain Workday security fundamentals, including role-based and domain-based security, security group configuration, and access control. Maintain documentation for all configurations, integrations, and reports, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and data governance policies. Partner with functional People Teams to analyze existing core HCM business processes (e.g., Hire to Retire, Onboarding, Change Jobs, Compensation Cycle) and implement improvements within Workday.
