Role Summary: The Executive Assistant & Internal Events Operations ensures seamless administrative operations and event execution for the Vice President and Leadership Team . This is a logistics-focused, execution-driven role that enables leaders to stay focused on strategic priorities. You will own scheduling, coordination, expensing, and travel for the Vice President and designated Leadership Team members, enabling leaders to focus fully on strategic priorities . In addition, you will lead internal event logistics across the organization, ensuring seamless execution and structured delivery of complex internal events. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs, proactively takes initiative to make the days smoother for our leadership team, and takes pride in delivering frictionless experiences . Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
