Job Summary Job Summary As a Sr Front End AEM Developer in our Digital Marketing group, you will be the bridge between creative design and technical implementation. You will build high performance, accessible, and scalable web experiences that serve millions of users globally. You will work within a cross functional team of UX designers, AEM backend engineers, and product marketers to transform Figma designs into modular, and reusable AEM components. Key Responsibilities Design, Develop and maintain high performing digital experiences using the AEM platform to support multi-site, multi-channel and multi-lingual delivery environments. Design and Develop custom reusable components, templates and client libraries using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6). Create intuitive AEM Dialogs and configuring Touch UI to empower content authors to manage site content without technical intervention. Design and develop Workflows and OSGi Services using Java and integrate with third-party systems using RESTful APIs. Integrate AEM with third party marketing tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics (Launch), and Demandbase to drive personalization and data driven marketing. Create responsive marketing landing pages and microsites, for multi-language deployment. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the AEM environment, including Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies. Partner with UX, backend, QA, and creative teams to ensure pixel perfect execution of designs while providing technical feedback on feasibility and performance. Assist in deploying applications, platform upgrades and migrations. Assist in routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and maintain documentation for front end architecture and component usage for content authors. Qualifications Required Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science, Design, or a related technical field. 8 years of web development experience, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Adobe Experience Manager. Expert-level proficiency in HTL (Sightly), AEM Templates and Components, AEM Client Libraries (ClientLibs), Sling Models and RESTful APIs integration. Solid experience in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), Modern JavaScript (ES6) and Responsive design frameworks. Expert in developing Workflows and OSGi Service components. Strong proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository). Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
