Job Description Design and Develop: Independent, end-to-end ownership of the design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust customer-facing interactive web applications. Make data-driven decisions while practicing creative problem solving. Mentorship : Mentor and guide other engineers within the team, promoting best practices and continuous learning. Collaboration: Work closely with API teams, Product, QA, and UI/UX to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of web applications. Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience. Build for scalability, observability, and security. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for medical software, including documentation, quality assurance processes, and adherence to regulatory standards in web application development. Innovation : Contribute to a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team. Required Qualifications Education: BS in Computer Science or a related technical field + 8 years of experience; OR MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field + 6 years; OR equivalent practical experience as a full-stack software engineer. Strong proficiency in TypeScript ​​and other web technologies Project Experience : Demonstrated experience in building and deploying large-scale, customer-facing web applications. Leadership Skills : Experience contributing to technical vision and translating strategy into design; ability to mentor and guide other engineers. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Proven track record of successful collaboration with product management and design teams in a fast-paced environment. Methodologies : Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools. Security Knowledge : Strong understanding of web security best practices.
