📣 Job Opening: Social Media Support – Part Time 🌍 Recruiting Countries: Peru, Argentina, Guatemala 📍 Location: Flexible – remote with preference for onsite availability 🕒 Schedule: 25 hours per week, flexible based on candidate availability 📋 Employment Type: Part-time, with potential to expand to full-time as the business grows 👤 Experience Level: 2+ years managing brand social media (preferably luxury or real estate) 🗣️ Language: English B2+ (required) 🧾 Role Description We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Support professional to manage and grow the digital presence of a real estate–focused operation. The role involves content planning, execution, short‑form video editing, and providing creative direction on what content should be filmed to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This position begins as part‑time (25 hours/week) with potential to grow into a full‑time role. 🎯 Responsibilities Manage daily activity on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Develop content ideas and strategies to increase engagement and audience growth Create and manage a content calendar Guide the team on what content to film or create Edit and publish videos, Reels, posts, captions, and hashtags Monitor comments, messages, and overall engagement Track performance metrics and recommend improvements Stay updated on social media trends, especially in real estate and local markets Help highlight listings, closings, client stories, and lifestyle content Support email marketing initiatives and personal branding Post consistently at optimal times for organic growth Capture walkthroughs, neighborhood features, and lifestyle content ✅ Ideal Profile Required: Professional experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts 2+ years managing brand social media (preferably luxury or real estate) Strong knowledge of short‑form content (Reels, TikTok) Experience developing strategies and content calendars Strong English communication skills Ability to propose creative ideas and guide content direction Copywriting and video‑editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere) Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Suite) Preferred (not mandatory): Experience working with real estate agents, brokers, or teams Experience growing social media accounts organically Familiarity with editing and analytics tools Knowledge of luxury branding Strong organization and deadline management Knowledge of South Florida markets (a plus) 📌 Recruitment Notes Portfolio required Confirm candidate availability (schedule and remote/onsite preference) Validate proficiency with editing and design tools #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
