Job Responsibilities : Brand digital channel operations & marketing support Build digital strategy and campaign roadmaps; manage budget, timeline, and resources Coordinate communications with internal/external stakeholders (clients/partners); manage issues and risks Mentor juniors and improve workflows/processes Lead multi-channel planning and operations across Newsroom, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram Establish an integrated content calendar; plan and produce content (copy/visual/video) with publishing QA Deliver channel performance reports and annual planning; own KPI management Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategy Oversee production of marketing collaterals (leaflets, product introduction videos, POP) Collaborate on paid media as needed: audience targeting, creatives, and landing page optimization 2. Job Qualifications A. Must-have 8+ years of relevant experience (Senior Manager level), leading digital channels/content/campaigns Native Korean; Advanced Business to near-native English, confident in emails, decks, and meetings; capable of English copy/document editing Experience designing channel metrics and reporting (GA4, Search Console, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram Analytics) Hands-on SEO experience (keyword research, on-page optimization, performance measurement) Strong project management across multiple tracks (schedules, budget, vendors, QA) and stakeholder communication B.
