At Anaplan, we are seeking an exceptional Regional Vice President of Sales to accelerate our growth across Germany. In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, expand our footprint with existing customers, and develop new strategic relationships. We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams, closing complex software deals, and coaching talent to excellence.
Your Impact
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Enterprise AEs to consistently surpass revenue targets.
Drive both short-term results and long-term strategic opportunities across the region.
Run effective weekly and monthly team cadences, including one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and skills workshops.
Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting, with hands-on oversight of activity, progression, and results.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent while maintaining a high-performance culture.
Develop a deep understanding of the region’s accounts, industry dynamics, and growth potential.
Your Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and elevate a sales team.
Demonstrated success launching or expanding a software business into new markets.
Strong command of SaaS/cloud technology and the ability to engage senior business leaders.
A consistent track record of exceeding quotas in complex enterprise sales environments.
Expertise in territory and account planning at both strategic and tactical levels.
Skilled in mentoring and enabling teams through structured sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Preferred Skills
Background in business-led SaaS solution sales.
Deep understanding of value-based selling.
History of achieving or surpassing team quotas.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience selling into Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales/Sales Operations, or Marketing functions.
