The role We're looking for a dynamic, commercially-driven Partnerships Development Manager, to drive growth in our Spanish market by identifying, onboarding and developing new partners in Spain. The role requires proactively reaching out to target partners and negotiating mutually beneficial partner agreements, supporting the Sales team in securing new business opportunities in Spain and managing partnerships throughout their lifecycle, to ensure long-term success. What excites you Owning regional Partnerships in the Spanish market: The opportunity to shape the growth and success of the Spanish market, building a network of strategic regional partners and becoming a key driver of our regional expansion. Negotiating and executing Partnerships: Leading negotiations to create mutually beneficial partner agreements, ensuring all partners and internal stakeholders are accountable and delivering on their commitments. Contributing to winning deals: Collaborating closely with the Sales team to unlock new opportunities and helping them win new business by leveraging Partnerships in Spain. Developing Partnerships from Acquisition to Growth: Manage the entire lifecycle of partner relationships from initial onboarding to ongoing development to realise potential mutual value. Aligning with partner goals: Understanding partner needs and challenges to ensure strategic alignment and long-term collaboration. What excites us Languages: Native in Spanish, fluent in French and English. Partnership development Sales experience: Proven success in identifying, launching and developing new partnerships, preferably within the payment or fintech sectors. Experience navigating complex sales cycles that involve product development, or new partnerships involving integration development. Relationship building: Natural ability to rapidly establish trust and strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proactive results-driven: A self-starter who takes initiative, proactively manages multiple complex engagements and consistently achieves results. Comfortable working independently to prioritize tasks and projects effectively. Analytical curious mindset: Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and partner needs, supporting informed decision-making. An inherent curiosity about how our business, partners and merchants operate. Base salary range: €52,000 - €78,000 Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role.
