Sales Development Representative (SDR) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in lead generation and booking qualified meetings. In this fast-paced role, you will prospect, conduct outreach, and qualify opportunities for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outreach via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting • Research and identify potential leads through networking and market analysis • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team • Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts to generate high-value opportunities • Maintain high activity levels to meet or exceed targets consistently • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies • Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress timely • Stay informed on industry trends and identify new business opportunities • Represent the company at networking events and conferences • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline building • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Knowledge of software development services is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Why Join Us?
