Sales Reservation Agent (Vacation Experience Advisor)
Location: Barranquilla, ON SITE, Calle77 #59-35 Americas 3
Role Description: As a Vacation Experience Advisor, you will support clients in the U.S. to plan and ensure memorable travel experiences. Your approach will be consultative: understanding client needs, recommending ideal options, and building trust so clients can make confident decisions. You will work with interested leads through inbound and outbound calls, meeting goals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Contact and assist interested leads to guide them in selecting vacation packages.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on destinations, resorts, and client preferences.
• Complete reservations accurately, verifying all necessary information.
• Use consultative communication and persuasive techniques to build trust and drive conversions.
• Meet sales, quality, and satisfaction goals while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
• Fluent English (B2-C1 level), both spoken and written.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in BPO.
• Effective communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
• Proficient use of technological tools.
